Claims Process
You'll need to email support@used.plus, letting us know your order number and the problem you're experiencing. We'll then follow this process:
- Where possible, we'll work with you to remotely solve the problem.
- If we're not able to solve the problem remotely, we'll provide you with a prepaid return label, which you can use to send the item back to us completely free of charge.
- Once we receive your return, we'll repair your device or prepare a replacement for you.
- We'll then dispatch your repaired device, or replacement, ensuring you experience as little time as possible without your device.
Exclusions
While comprehensive, the warranty does not cover faults which arise from accidents or misuse. It also does not cover any physical damage, or faults related to consumables, such as batteries, including those that are built into the device. If the device is opened or modified by anyone other than Used Plus, or is transferred to a different owner, the warranty will be void.
