Our hassle free returns policy enables you to send your item back for any reason at all, within 14 days of it being delivered.
- You'll need to email firstname.lastname@example.org, letting us know your order number and the reason that you'd like to return your device. Don't worry, we'll always accept your return no matter the reason, but we need to know in case it's because there is a problem with the device.
- We'll get back to you the same working day with our returns address, and instructions on how to send your device back safely.
- You'll then have a new 14 day deadline to send the device back to us.
- Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund back to your original payment method within one working day. Please note, the money may not appear in your account immediately as your bank will need to process the refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund, your return must contain everything that was included in the original delivery. This includes the main device, any accessories and any original manufacturer packaging, such as branded boxes. These items must also all be in the same condition that they were sent in.
