Returns

Our hassle free returns policy enables you to send your item back for any reason at all, within 14 days of it being delivered.

Returns Process

  1. You'll need to email support@used.plus within 14 days of delivery, letting us know your order number and the reason that you'd like to return your device. The reason for your return will not affect your eligibility, but we need to know in case it's because there's a problem with the device.
  2. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with our returns address, and instructions on how to send your device back safely.
  3. You'll then have a new 14 day deadline to send the device back to us.
  4. Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund back to your original payment method within one working day. Please note, the money may not appear in your account immediately as your bank will need to process the refund.

Requirements
In order to be eligible for a refund, your return must contain everything that was included in the original delivery. This includes the main device, any accessories and any original manufacturer packaging, such as branded boxes. These items must also all be in the same condition that they were sent in.

Returns Past 14 Days
